Bitar’s has been a work in progress since 1998, starting out as a fast food take out shop, and after two expansions, now a flagrant full service restaurant. Born and raised in Hants East I knew that our community needed a refined atmosphere where people could enjoy a fantastic meal with the convenience of staying close to home. Over the past 15 years I ventured out to create just that. To me, Bitar’s has been more than a business, it has been a passion project, a livelihood. Through its evolution the Bitar’s team have been working from the heart to make it better for you.
