Bitar’s will be closed today, Wednesday, August 26th, for a staff event.There’s a lot that goes into every busy day at Bitar’s, and none of it happens without the people behind it. We’re incredibly fortunate to have a team that shows up, works hard and cares about what they do day after day.Today is about taking some time to appreciate them and enjoy being together outside of the usual hustle of the restaurant.Thank you for understanding while we give our staff a very well deserved day.
